Bad Breath is a major problem for the persons who has it. Halitosis - the medical term - is the cause of many emotional and social problems, often resulting in loss of personality in society.
Remedies for bad breath are available surely, just remains to go to your doctor-dentist and find the right solution. On the other hand people do not have, or do not want to spend a fortune for seeing a dentist for such a problem. There are some bad breath cure that can be done at home.
Brushing and
Flossing is essential! Healthy gums along with good teeth make a good breath, so the oral hygiene is not even under discussion. All the people knows to brush their teeth twice a day at least and flossing them before going to bed. Brushing must be done effectively and flossing too, as it displaces the little pieces of food stuck between the teeth - these drive in bacteria, the bad breath reason.
One of the most effective bad breath remedies is considered to be the avocado, as it contains avocadene - a bacteria combatant. Avocado is good to cure bad breath, but it has high fat level so do not exaggerate with it.
Another cause of bad breath are the proteins, so try to reduce their intake, as well as meats, nuts, cereals and diary products.
Water also can be a bad breath remedy, but it works most for not so advanced bad breath. Take care not to have your mouth dry as it also leads to bad breath.
Some herbs help to combat bad breath: try to chew fresh mint and basil leaves and watch the result!
Tell me what's your way to fight the bad breath?

A couple of weeks ago I was helping a friend to clean the house, we had fun - till she found in her closet one of her dear old clothes fully covered with a fuzzy substance. She was so upset!
Of course we have thrown it to the trash. It was mold, and its not advised to touch its spores with bare hands, as it may cause bad reaction to skin (allergy or some rashes).
We kind of hurried to throw it, as i found out later, most clothing items contaminated with mold can be cleaned. Often it leaves some dirty marks on the fabric, depending on the color and type.
After making some researches I gathered some methods on how to get rid of mold.
Bleaching is the most used and the most known method for reaching this goal, but I'm not sure if people are doing it right. Best results have the white or light colored clothes. Bleaching has no effect (at least a good one) in killing molds on the porous fabric. First thing to do is removing the majority of the mold with a brush, then spray the item with a pre-wash solution. Leave it for about 50 minutes and then throw the clothing into the washing machine without drying. It has to dry naturally - the sun is a great tool for bleaching fabric, but if you use the artificial way to dry the clothes, it can cause the stain to get deeper into the fabric.
Curtains and the upholds also can be cleaned from mold this way.
You cannot clean moldy if it is on natural leather clothes or items. Mold discolors them and there is nothing you can do about it. Sorry.
The best way to get rid of mold is to not let it into your house. Suck up all of it with the vacuum and its brush attached. Better if the vacuum has a good filter - it won't spread the mold spores back in the air of your home.
Good Luck!
